International students can transfer after completing their Associate Degree at BCC and earn a Bachelor’s Degree in only two additional years of study. We do NOT require TOEFL but instead only 4 years of English studies as we offer three semesters of full time English As A Second Languages coursework as well as additional English classes for non native speakers.

Off-campus housing is readily available in the local community. Apartment rates are very affordable when compared to major U.S. cities. The International Student Services Office will assist you with your housing needs. The college campus is easily accessible by bus from points throughout the Binghamton area.

Student Activities and Campus Life
Many international students join our International Student Organization (ISO). This student group plans a variety of cultural activities on campus and sponsors travel activities for international students. Trips planned recently by ISO have included New York City, Washington, D.C., and Virginia Beach. We have many other clubs and activities that our students can participate in such as Academic Clubs, Student Government, Athletic teams, Lingonet Conversation Club and many more.
