Event Overview
Study New York represented our member institutions at NAFSA’s annual national conference in Denver in May. Study New York teamed up with seven other state consortia, the US Commercial Service and EducationUSA to form a USA pavilion this year for the first time. Grouped together in the exhibit hall and highlighted by hanging banners, these organizations collaborated to highlight opportunities for international students in the USA.
Study New York was represented by Monica Esser, Study New York Chair (Fordham University) and Doug Langhans , Study New York Chair-Elect (SUNY Cortland). Contact information gathered at the conference will be passed on to members this summer.
